Credit expiry

All PreCredits credit has expiry terms set by the merchant

On PreCredits, merchant-issued credits are sold to you with an expiry date set by the brand. This means that unlike regular currency, store credit and bonus credit have a limited lifespan, so be sure to check their expiry periods to make the most of your balance.

Expiry Periods

The lifespan of credits varies depending on the brand, with all expiry periods ranging from 3 to 36 months. Each brand sets its own policy, so it's a good idea to keep track of expiry dates for your credits to ensure you use them before they expire.

You can easily keep an eye on your expiring credits within your PreCredits Wallet:

1.
